How does Vonti work?
Vonti sends text notifications to your customers when their order status changes. You add a customer to your dashboard, and when you update their status (in progress, ready, etc.), they automatically receive a text message. No app downloads required for you or your customers.
How much does it cost?
Vonti is $19/month flat. That includes unlimited orders, unlimited text notifications, and all features. No hidden fees, no per-message charges, no contracts.
Why does my billing statement say "Maintenance Orders"?
Vonti is a product of Maintenance Orders LLC. You may see "Maintenance Orders" on your credit card or bank statement instead of Vonti.
What's included in the $19/month?
Everything. Unlimited orders, unlimited SMS notifications, customer tracking page, photo attachments, completion notes, and full dashboard access. We keep it simple—one plan, all features.
How do customers receive notifications?
Customers receive standard SMS text messages. They don't need to download an app or create an account. Status updates (in progress, on hold) are simple text messages. When an order is completed, they get a text with a link to view order details, photos, and completion notes.
Can customers reply to texts?
Customers can reply STOP to opt out of notifications. Direct replies aren't monitored, so if customers need to reach you, they should call your business directly.
How do I track my order?
Visit vonti.co/track and enter the phone number you provided when placing your order. You'll receive a verification code via text, and then you can view all your orders from businesses that use Vonti.
I check my orders frequently. Is there an easier way?
Yes! You can create a free customer account at vonti.co/customer/signup. Once you verify your email and phone number, you can sign in anytime to view your orders without needing a verification code each time.
What kind of businesses use Vonti?
Any service business that wants to keep customers updated. Dry cleaners, tailors, shoe repair, electronics repair, auto shops, print shops, bakeries with custom orders—if you have customers waiting for something to be ready, Vonti helps.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Month-to-month billing. Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. If you cancel, you'll have access until the end of your billing period.
How do I cancel?
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Manage Subscription. You can cancel directly from there. No need to call or email anyone.
Can I try it before paying?
We don't offer a free trial, but at $19/month with no contract, it's low risk to try. If it's not for you, cancel anytime.
